Marion, IA — After thousands of noncitizens were erroneously registered to vote in New Jersey, Josh Turek must explain why he wants to bring the same failed process to Iowa. Turek supports automatic voter registration when receiving a driver’s license — the same process that resulted in noncitizens being added to New Jersey’s voter rolls.

To make matters worse, Josh Turek skipped the vote in the Iowa legislature to ensure that the Iowa Secretary of State verifies the citizenship status of all registered voters.
