Marion, IA –Today, Ashley Hinson for Congress announced two endorsements for her campaign in Iowa’s 1st congressional district, Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds and Iowa Lieutenant Governor Adam Gregg.
“Whether it was investing in a strong workforce, leading the charge to protect our children or voting to balance our budget, I’ve seen Ashley Hinson step up and work tirelessly in the State legislature to fight for Iowans,” said Governor Reynolds. “I am thrilled to endorse such a strong conservative advocate and proven results-getter who will bring some much-needed Iowa common sense to Washington. Ashley has my strongest support. I know Ashley will roll-up her sleeves and do the hard work of building consensus and getting things done.”
Lieutenant Governor Adam Gregg also made a strong endorsement. “I am incredibly proud to endorse Ashley Hinson for Congress,” said Gregg. “Ashley has done an excellent job in the State House of protecting our jobs and working across the aisle to get results, and Iowans deserve a voice in Congress who does the same.”
Hinson is endorsed by the national pro-life group Susan B. Anthony’s list, and has picked up key financial support from other Republican leaders in Iowa and Washington, including Ernst Victory Iowa PAC (Sen. Joni Ernst), Majority Committee PAC (Leader Kevin McCarthy), E-PAC (Rep. Elise Stefanik), CMR PAC (Rep. Cathy McMorris-Rodgers), Susan PAC (Rep. Susan Brooks), Cut the Bull PAC (Rep. Carol Miller) and VIEW PAC.
