FARMERS FOR ASHLEY: Hinson Announces Endorsements From 100+ Farmers in all 22 Counties in IA-02

Farmers Across Northeast Iowa are all in for Hinson

Marion, IA – Today, Congresswoman Ashley Hinson announced her Farmers for Ashley coalition for her re-election campaign with over 100 endorsements from farmers, ranchers, and producers from all 22 counties in Iowa’s new Second Congressional District.

“Iowa agriculture comes first – I will continue to hear directly from Iowa farmers so that I can advocate for their priorities in DC, and I’ll never let party politics get in the way of doing what is right for our agriculture community. From lowering input costs to reducing onerous regulations, our farmers deserve a representative who will fight to address the challenges they face, and I’m honored to be their voice in DC.” – Congresswoman Ashley Hinson

“During her first term in Congress, Ashley Hinson has proven to be a dedicated fighter for Iowa’s farmers, and she isn’t afraid to break with her party to do what’s right for Iowa agriculture. She’s delivered on her promises to support Iowa biofuels and ensure that our farmers have a voice in Washington. Ashley has my full support.” –  Dennis Friest, Hardin County

“Farmers have a great friend and advocate in Ashley who understands our daily challenges. Iowa farmers shouldn’t have to take orders from DC bureaucrats who have never set foot on a farm to make decisions for our livelihoods. Ashley is passionate about serving and fighting for us and visits every corner of her district to hear from farmers about their concerns.” –  Mark Putney, Fayette County

“Some folks seem to think food is grown at the grocery store, but Ashley Hinson goes out and listens to farmers and is a relentless fighter for us in Congress. I know that Ashley is working day-in and day-out for Iowa agriculture in DC, and she’s earned my support for her re-election.” –  Doug Reimer, Clayton County

Background:

Ashley has been a tireless advocate for Iowa agriculture in Congress, working across the aisle to deliver for Iowa farmers. She was recently endorsed by the Iowa Farm Bureau and the Iowa Corn Growers Association.
